Return Policy

At Bilikizone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve designed a clear and hassle-free return policy to ensure you have a smooth experience.

 

Eligibility for Returns
-Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
-Condition of Items:

-Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
-Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
-Certain items, such as personal care products, customized goods, gift cards, and perishable items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
-Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item, including the RAN and a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Ensure the item is protected to avoid damage during transit.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided using a trackable shipping method. Bilikizone is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages without proof of delivery.

 

Return Shipping Costs
-Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
-In case of an error or issue caused by Bilikizone, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Refund Process
-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
-Please note:
  - Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  - Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges
-If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support Team to check the availability of the desired product.
-For faster processing, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

 

Defective or Damaged Items
-If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
-Provide details and photos of the issue so we can quickly process your return, refund, or replacement.

 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Partial Refunds
