Eligibility for Refunds
-Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
-To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
-Refunds are not applicable for the following:
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Personal care items, perishable goods, or customized products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
How to Request a Refund

2. Return Authorization: If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your purchase invoice and the RAN. Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided.
Refund Processing
-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Bilikizone is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
-If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
-We may request photos of the damaged item to process your claim and issue a full refund or replacement promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
-Items returned outside the 30-day window.
-Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging and accessories.
-Returns without an authorized RAN.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

-Items not in their original condition or missing essential components.
Customer Responsibility
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue arises from our error.
-We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking to ensure safe delivery.
